Key Solutions is now establishing a new team at our headquarters in Barkarbystaden, focusing on fiber infrastructure for housing cooperatives and private individuals. We are now looking for you who want to take the next step - from performance in sales to leadership.
The role is designed to give you a clear path into team responsibility. You will start operationally in sales, learn the business in depth, and then take over the leadership of the team.
About the role
You will begin by driving sales yourself. This gives you a full understanding of the offering, working methods, and pace – while you set the standard for quality and performance.
Once the business is established, you will take primary responsibility for building, developing, and leading the team through daily coaching, follow-up, and presence in the operation. You will be responsible for both results and the team's development.
We are looking for you who...
...Have experience in performance-based sales and have demonstrated that you can deliver stable results over time. Experience in field sales or similar environments is a plus.
You are ready to take on greater responsibility and want to develop in a role where leadership is built through structure, presence, and clarity.
Previous managerial experience is not a requirement, but leadership potential is.
