FAR is also one of Sweden's largest private educational companies in the field of economics, with 400 training sessions annually. FAR Online is the leading service for digital access to regulations and guidance in the economic field.

The office is centrally located on Fleminggatan in Stockholm.

We at Asta Agency are collaborating with FAR in this recruitment process. The process is conducted through Asta, and you will be directly employed by FAR.

In the role of salesperson, you will be responsible for developing existing business with auditing and accounting firms while establishing new contacts in the industry in collaboration with colleagues at FAR. You will drive both contract renewals, packaging, and sales of training and FAR Online based on the needs of members and customers. You will report to the sales manager, and together you will set clear focus areas and goals that guide priorities, efforts, and follow-ups.

• Responsible for sales work towards small and medium-sized firms and developing the business long-term.

• Broaden and deepen existing customer relationships and identify new ones.

• Set clear focus areas and goals together with the sales manager and plan efforts accordingly.

• Conduct qualified customer meetings, both on-site and digitally.

• Follow up on business in a structured manner and ensure high customer satisfaction over time.

• Collaborate with colleagues across FAR to create comprehensive solutions.

• Represent FAR in relevant industry contexts, events, and activities.

We are looking for someone who is relationship-building, business-oriented, and has strong communication skills. You thrive in dialogue with different types of people and build trust through responsiveness and engagement. You are used to working independently and in a structured manner while appreciating a non-prestigious collaboration.

You are motivated by creating value for members and customers and contributing to results. With a solution-oriented and proactive approach, you drive your customer dialogues forward and see opportunities to develop both relationships and working methods over time.

Additionally, you have:

• Experience in customer contact/customer responsibility in a relationship-building role.

• Strong communication skills with good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

Desirable experiences:

• Background from an auditing or accounting firm.

• Good understanding of finance and accounting, preferably from a role where you have worked in the field or related areas.

• Experience in packaging and selling training and competency solutions.
