SPEKUMA KULLAGER is a family-owned company founded in 1950. We have 5 employees and import ball bearings and other hardware from Europe and Asia, selling to the Swedish industry. JOB DESCRIPTION: The position is a mix of purchasing and logistics, as well as order reception, order administration, and warehouse work.
As a purchaser with us, you will work both operationally and strategically. You will compare supplier offers in different currencies, place orders, and coordinate imports, while keeping track of customs rates and customs declarations. You will also ensure that we have the correct currency in the system, approve both Swedish and foreign invoices, and review contracts/prices. Therefore, you must have good knowledge of English and be able to calculate VAT, customs, freight, and other fees.
Purchasing and Logistics are coordinated with us by having purchasing control freight agreements with different transport companies, approve freight invoices, and calculate both domestic and import/export freight. You will optimize purchasing prices by choosing the best freight option.
Another part is order administration. Here, you will ensure that customers receive their confirmations/deliveries on time. This includes order checks, archiving, and invoicing. You will also assist with order reception, track packages, and handle any complaints. You must have very good knowledge of Swedish and administration, have a good sense of numbers, and preferably a technical interest.
It also includes daily work in our warehouse, with picking and packing, booking transports, and receiving and handing out goods.
We use personal service to create long-term customer relationships.

*Has a good overall perspective, is structured, and meticulous
*Enjoys working both independently and in a team: here we are all warehouse workers, as part of our various regular tasks.
*Is cooperative and unpretentious to fit in here.
*Is flexible and can take the initiative to help where needed, such as packing in the warehouse, assisting customers in the store, ensuring there is packing material, going to the post office, etc.
REQUIREMENTS
*Very good knowledge of Swedish in spoken and written form.
*Good knowledge of English in spoken and written form.
*Good numerical skills and knowledge of calculations
*Understanding that purchasing affects prices and deliveries to customers and the responsibilities that follow.
*Experience working in some business system
*Good knowledge of administration including Excel
*Some form of technical interest is a plus!
*Knowledge of WordPress is an advantage for updating the website
The work is part-time or full-time. Fixed salary. Start as soon as possible.
