Team Leader / Senior Customer Service Representative – Consulting Assignment 12 months

We are now looking for an Interim Team Leader / Senior Customer Service Representative for our client in Stockholm. The assignment is for about a year, starting in May, and is suitable for you who thrive in an operational role with clear leadership responsibilities and can quickly adapt to new environments.

You will work closely with the business and play a key role in ensuring a high level of service, stable working methods, and a well-functioning team, focusing on both operational customer contact and quality assurance in customer dialogue.

Responsibilities

  • Operational work within customer service
  • Lead, support, and coach the customer service team in their daily work
  • Operational handling of incoming customer inquiries and follow-up customer care
  • Ensure quality, efficiency, and good customer experience
  • Quality assurance of customer dialogues and working methods in the team
  • Follow up on cases, flows, and work processes
  • Contribute to structure, improvements, and continuity during the assignment period
  • Collaborate with other functions in the organization

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with several years of experience in customer service in a senior or leading role and who is comfortable combining operational work with team leadership. You are used to working in environments with high demands on service, structure, and customer experience.

You are communicative, structured, and solution-oriented, have an easy time building trust, and thrive in a role where you can take responsibility and contribute from day one.

Location: Stockholm
Scope: Full-time
Employment Type: Fixed-term employment with Avanti
Assignment Duration: Approximately 12 months
Start: May
