We at Recruitive are currently looking for an SDR/Meeting Booker on behalf of our client. Our client is in a strong growth phase and is looking for someone who wants to play a key role in creating new business opportunities and driving sales forward.

About the Role:

As an SDR / Meeting Booker, you will be responsible for creating high-quality business opportunities through proactive contact with potential B2B customers. You will generate interest in the client's solutions, map needs, and book meetings for the sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively contact potential B2B customers via phone and email
  • Qualify leads and identify customer needs
  • Create interest in the client's solutions
  • Book relevant and high-quality meetings for the sales team

Daily Activities:

  • Outbound calls and follow-ups with decision-makers
  • Lead qualification and needs analysis
  • Work towards clear goals, KPIs, and activity levels
  • Close collaboration with the sales and marketing team

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience as an SDR, Meeting Booker, or in B2B sales
  • Proven experience in booking meetings and building pipelines
  • Experience in outbound sales with a clear hunter mindset
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
