About the role

As an Inside Sales Representative and Customer Service Representative, you will play a central role in the customer experience and in our daily operations. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are unpretentious, and enjoy varied tasks – from customer dialogue to operational work.

Your main responsibilities:

• Provide first-class service through high product knowledge, engagement, and a professional customer approach via phone, email, and in our store
• Participate in product training to continuously develop and maintain high product competence
• Stay updated on trends and best practices within our product areas, e-commerce, and service
• Contribute to content and text production for the website and social media
• Assist in the warehouse together with the entire team
• Work closely with the sales and marketing department to ensure that content and communication align with our overall strategy
• Be involved in developing and improving processes, routines, and offerings together with colleagues in purchasing and sales

Who we believe you are

• You have an interest in, experience with, and/or good knowledge of professional tools and measuring instruments
• You have experience in service, customer service, and/or sales
• You have worked with e-commerce and are used to working digitally
• You are responsible, solution-oriented, and have an entrepreneurial mindset
• You thrive in a fast pace and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed

Meritorious:

• Experience from fast-growing companies
• Background as a craftsman
• Experience from a retailer or supplier of professional tools

Practical information

The position is based in our modern and pleasant location in Vasastan, close to restaurants, cafes, parks, and shops – all within a 5–10 minute walk.
