Site Manager / Industry Manager – AREPA Sweden
Location: Stockholm / Sweden (travel required)
Start date: By agreement
Position: Full-time, permanent after 6 months probation

About the role
As Site Manager at AREPA, you will have overall responsibility for operations in your region or business area. You will lead daily operations, develop the business, and ensure that AREPA delivers projects with the highest quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
You will be responsible for building good relationships with customers, insurance companies, and partners while driving sales and growth efforts in your area. The role combines operational leadership with strategic responsibility for business development, personnel management, and results (P&L).
Your main responsibilities
Lead and develop operations within your business area or region, with responsibility for finances, results, and growth.
Ensure that projects are executed according to schedule, budget, and quality, in close collaboration with project managers and technicians.
Drive customer dialogues, follow-ups, and contract negotiations while identifying new business opportunities.
Develop and coach employees – create a strong, engaged, and professional team.
Actively work on improvement processes, safety, and sustainability in line with AREPA's quality standards.
Be responsible for achieving KPIs and goals and report results and status to management.
Participate in strategic work regarding pricing, business planning, and resource allocation.
Represent AREPA in external forums and contribute to strengthening the company's brand in the market.
We are looking for someone who
Has several years of experience in a leadership role within construction, industry, environmental technology, remediation, or technical service.
Has documented experience in personnel responsibility, customer relations, and budget work.
Thrives in a dynamic and practical environment where you combine operational presence with strategic thinking.
Is communicative, relationship-building, and has a business-driven mindset.
Has the ability to make decisions, create structure, and prioritize in situations with many moving parts.
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Holds a valid B driver's license.
Education and preferred background
Technical or construction-related education at YH, college, or university level.
Experience in project management, site management, or industry responsibility within remediation, industry, construction, or real estate.
Knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation, BAS-P/U, contract law (AB/ABT), and the Environmental Code is an advantage.
Certifications such as Hot Work, Fall Protection, ADR, Asbestos, or PCB remediation are a plus.
