About the role

As an inside sales representative, you are an important part of our sales team and the first point of contact for many of our customers. You will handle incoming inquiries, create quotes, follow up on deals, and ensure that our customers receive quick and professional service.

The role requires both structure and commitment – you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a natural technical interest, and are motivated by finding solutions that create value for the customer.

We are looking for someone who

- Is stress-resistant, structured, and meticulous – you keep things organized even when it gets busy

- Has good computer skills and enjoys working in digital systems

- Has a genuine technical interest and wants to understand the customer's needs in depth

- Has a service-oriented and positive attitude

- Is communicative and enjoys engaging with customers

- Speaks and writes fluent Swedish and English

Experience in campaign sales or previous work in sales and customer service is an advantage.
