Asta Agency is looking for a consultant on behalf of a client, starting immediately for a short-term assignment with good opportunities for extension. The company has a flat structure and is characterized by close collaboration. At Asta Agency, we collaborate with the company in this recruitment process. It is a consulting assignment for three months with a good opportunity for extension. You will be employed by Asta Agency but will work on-site at the company in southern Stockholm.

As a customer service representative, you will be a key person in ensuring that the company's payment services run smoothly for both customers and end-users. You will handle cases according to SLA primarily via email, but also by phone, where you will guide implementation and usage, and ensure that solutions and permissions are set correctly. The working method provides freedom under responsibility; you have the mandate to solve problems, while always having a helpful team to lean on.

Main responsibilities: • Receive and resolve support cases according to SLA via email and phone. • Advise customers and end-users during implementation, changes, and discontinuation of services. • Ensure the quality of tasks and decisions in cases; close cases correctly. • Follow up on recurring questions and contribute to improving working methods and guides. • Document clearly in case forms and ensure traceability. • Collaborate closely with colleagues to distribute capacity and knowledge within the team.

You are responsible and structured even when processes are not detailed. You dare to ask questions, confirm understanding, and prioritize quality over speed. At the same time, you are communicative and unpretentious, enjoy collaborating with colleagues, and ask for help when needed. You have a meticulous work style, keep track of details, and at the same time see the big picture in payment flows and the customer's business. Flexibility and a genuine service focus characterize your way of working.

Additionally, you have:

• A university degree in economics or a high school education and 1-3 years of relevant experience in economics, banking, customer advising, and/or service.

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.

• Good English in speech and writing.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Experience in economics, banking, customer advising, and/or service is an advantage.

• Start: Immediately.

• Location: Southern Stockholm

• Scope: Full-time, consulting assignment for three months with the possibility of extension.

• Salary: According to agreement.
