What does the role offer?

As a customer service representative with us, you will have a central role with daily customer contact and responsibility for ensuring that customer cases and administrative flows run smoothly. You will work in a structured, service-oriented manner and in close collaboration with colleagues in the organization.

In this role, you will among other things:

• Handle customer cases via phone and email

• Provide service and support regarding our products and services

• Register and follow up on orders and cases in our systems

• Work administratively with documentation and follow-up

• Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and other functions for the best customer solution

• Ensure correct information and contribute to efficient working methods

The role suits you who enjoy juggling multiple tasks, like combining service with administration, and thrive on responsibility. Here you will have the opportunity to work independently, but always with a close team behind you.

Who are you?

We believe you have experience from a service profession, for example in retail or customer service, and are used to working with people. You are administratively strong, enjoy order and structure, and find it easy to understand systems and routines. At the same time, you have a curiosity that makes you eager to learn more about our products and solutions.

You are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and work in an orderly, independent manner with a clear sense of responsibility. German is an advantage but not a requirement. Customer contact is something you enjoy, and you are skilled at building trust and good relationships. Additionally, you are a team player who appreciates working closely with your colleagues in a smaller team where everyone supports each other.
