Långbro Gård in Mölnbo needs to expand its staff!

We are looking for a person who can work in conference, café, and tourism with everything from practical work such as cooking, cleaning, bed-making, and laundry to business development, budget planning, ordering, and sales starting in the spring of 2026.

You need to live within a reasonable distance from the farm; in Mölnbo, Järna, or Gnesta, possibly Södertälje or Trosa at most. You need to have a driver's license and your own car, as you will sometimes need to make purchases during work hours.

We want you to have work experience from restaurants, cafés, or hotels. You need to be service-oriented, flexible, meticulous, structured, and able to handle stress. Since we are a small team, it is important that you are humble, have an easy time collaborating, and are willing to help with whatever needs to be done on the farm; we will place great emphasis on personal suitability. It is important that you can take your own initiatives, see what needs to be done, and prioritize the order of your tasks.

You need to be able to work weekends and sometimes evenings and early mornings. You also need to understand that the summer months are our most intensive peak season, and that planning and executing larger events involves a temporarily higher workload.

Salary according to the Hotel and Restaurant Employees' Union agreement. The position is a permanent employment of 75-100%, with a six-month probationary period. We will want you to do trial work (of course paid) with us at least a couple of times as soon as possible, so we can get to know you and see how you might fit into our operations.
