JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be the face of LKQ Atracco, and your primary focus will be to seek out, book, and conduct meetings with new potential workshop customers, as well as maintain existing customer relationships with workshops. The job may also involve participating in fairs and events that we attend as exhibitors throughout the year. You will have great freedom to plan your own workweek and will primarily work independently, but you will naturally belong to a wonderful team that you will have close contact with.

Your main job responsibilities:

• Conduct physical customer visits in the field, primarily visiting existing customers but also prospecting new customers.

• Consultation regarding our products and services.

• Participate in fairs and events.

• Planning and structure.

• Weekly meetings for reporting and follow-up.

PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

The person we are looking for for this position is a positive and trustworthy relationship builder who is motivated by making deals. You are not afraid to contact new people and thrive best when you are out in the field. Since the work is primarily independent, it is important that you have a strong self-drive as well as good structuring and planning skills.

Important for the position:

• Previous experience from the automotive industry (e.g., from working in a workshop, service advisor, sales of car parts, or other relevant experience).

• Driver's license (B).

Meritorious, but not required:

• Previous experience in proactive sales, preferably from B2B.

• Automotive technical education.

ABOUT THE POSITION

You will use your working hours to travel around to customers within your district. Since you work in the field, overnight stays in hotels occur, sometimes several times a week. Your base location will be Stockholm, and besides customer visits, your work can be done from home or from the office in Västerhaninge.

• The position is full-time and starts with a 6-month probationary period.

• The working hours are Monday to Friday.

• Overnight stays in hotels occur frequently.

• The salary consists of a fixed part and a performance-based part.
