We are looking for experts to join our Swedish Match field team in Södertälje

Swedish Match has made a groundbreaking decision that will change the tobacco industry and revolutionize how we use tobacco in the future. The company is introducing a groundbreaking smoke-free product that heats tobacco instead of burning it. We are now looking for you who want to be part of this exciting journey.

Your Role

As an expert on our products, you will represent Swedish Match to consumers in selected stores in your area. The role involves full responsibility where you are the store's contact person for customers who want to purchase or learn more about our Reduced Risk Products (RRPs). You will be present to deliver outstanding customer service through advice, guidance, and sales to both new and existing users. The work is independent and requires you to plan and drive your activities to achieve clear goals. Your geographical work area includes Södertälje, Trosa, Gnesta, and Nykvarn with placement in Södertälje.

Your main responsibilities

• Be an on-site expert in a rapidly growing product category
• Have direct contact with potential consumers looking for a smoke-free alternative, in accordance with applicable legislation
• Contribute to good planning and prioritization to achieve set sales targets
• Follow up and evaluate your results daily
• Collaborate with colleagues and the rest of the sales team at Swedish Match
• Maintain regular communication with your customer contacts
• Update our CRM system with relevant information

Qualifications and Characteristics

• High school education and/or at least 2 years of sales experience
• Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build relationships
• Ability to understand customer needs and create value
• Comfortable presenting products to both retail and adult smokers looking for an alternative to traditional cigarettes
• Ability to combine teamwork with independent responsibility
• Reliable and good at organizing your work time
• Familiar with working in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Fluent in Swedish and good knowledge of English
• Driver's license is required and having your own car is an advantage
