ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Data Analyst consultant for an assignment as interim Lead Data Analyst. The assignment starts immediately and runs until July 30, 2026, while the client recruits for a permanent role. The role is hybrid, and you are expected to be at their office two days a week.

You will step into a leading role in a strategic transformation project focusing on phasing out local HR systems, aligning with a global HR strategy, and establishing new ways of working for data, reporting, and analysis.

A central part of the assignment is to further develop and strengthen the organization’s CSRD reporting, which involves close collaboration with the business, IT, and other stakeholders. Documented experience in CSRD and sustainability reporting is therefore a requirement.

The role combines strategic responsibility with operational execution. You are expected to independently drive the data work forward, identify areas for improvement, and ensure structure, quality, and traceability in data and reporting.

Necessary Competencies

• Solid experience as a senior Data Analyst / Lead Data Analyst or equivalent

• Documented experience leading data or analytical work in larger projects or transformations

• Practical experience in CSRD reporting and sustainability data

• Experience from large, complex organizations

• Strong analytical skills combined with a structured and solution-oriented approach

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Desirable

• Experience with HR data, People Analytics, or similar domains

• Experience in data architecture, data modeling, and reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI, SQL, Snowflake)

• Previous assignments as a sub-project leader or equivalent role
