We are looking for a school administrator

We are now looking for a school administrator who wants to help continue developing our high school in Liljeholmen. In this role, you will work closely with the school's principal and vice principals, as well as in collaboration with other staff. You will be an important link in the school's organization and responsible for supporting the operations with various administrative tasks. You will be part of a team with another administrator, IT technician, communicator, and janitor.

A central part of the assignment is to work in our administrative systems, where you contribute to creating structure and quality in the school's processes. The tasks may include everything from student and staff administration such as CSN reporting and grade registration, working with study plans, financial and system support, as well as service to students, staff, and school management regarding daily operations. The role also includes coordinating daily substitute arrangements. The assignment may also involve coordinating practical matters related to the school's properties and physical environment.

We are looking for someone with experience in school administrative work at the high school level and good knowledge of its governing documents. It is an advantage if you have worked with vocational programs. You are accustomed to working in various administrative systems and scheduling programs. We value your ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, as the role involves continuous contact with both internal and external parties.

Qualifications

To be considered for the position, we see that you have:

• Experience in administrative work within high school.
• Knowledge of high school's governing documents and regulations.
• Good experience working in digital systems and administrative tools within high school administration.
• Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to work in a structured, meticulous, and independent manner.
• Good collaboration skills and a service-oriented approach.

It is advantageous to have:

• Experience working with vocational programs at high school.
• Knowledge or experience with scheduling programs in high school.
• Post-secondary education focused on administration or equivalent.
• Experience handling issues related to properties or facility services.
