Your Responsibilities as a Production Engineer

In the Manufacturing Engineering Structural Assembly section, you will work together with six colleagues in close collaboration with technical preparation. Together, you will contribute to optimizing manufacturing processes and setting design requirements to make the products as cost-effective and high-quality as possible.

As a junior in the team, you will gradually grow into more complex tasks and receive support from senior colleagues.

Selection of Responsibilities:

Participate in improvement work and be involved in solving production engineering challenges
Support efforts to optimize work methods and flows
Work with Lean-inspired processes to create efficient working methods
Contribute to developing layouts and workplace descriptions
Work closely with preparation and provide quick feedback on production-related issues
Tasks and focus areas can be adapted based on your experience and interests

Your Profile:

You enjoy collaborating and find it easy to communicate with both technical specialists and production staff. You take initiative, learn quickly, and enjoy working in a context where technology and practical implementation meet.

Required Qualifications:

Post-secondary education in production engineering or another relevant field
Work experience in the manufacturing industry
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Pass a security clearance

Desirable Qualifications:

Experience with business or production systems such as IFS or similar
Previous work or studies in aerospace technology, production, or technology-related environments
