Kunskapsskolan in Sweden operates primary and secondary schools under the names Kunskapsskolan and Kunskapsgymnasiet. Kunskapsskolan's first schools started in 2000, and today there are over 14,500 students in the 29 primary schools and 7 secondary schools.

Kunskapsskolan Borås is a primary school for students from preschool class to grade 9. The school is divided into two buildings, one for preschool class to grade 3 and one for grades 4-9, with approximately 190 and 570 students respectively. The school started in 2008 and is located in the regimental area in Borås. At our school, we have satisfied students who thrive and have good academic results.

As a school social worker, you will work to support students with a focus on helping them succeed in their schooling.

You will primarily be responsible for students in preschool class and lower grades, but you will collaborate with the school social worker for middle and upper grades. Other applicable tasks for the school social worker include participating in meetings with parents and other network meetings. You will have close cooperation with teachers, work teams, student health, etc.

Qualifications

As an applicant, you should be a qualified social worker.

Preferred Qualifications

We would like you to have an easy time collaborating with other staff, and have a knack for building trust and relationships with students and parents.

Job Description

The position is a permanent part-time position of 50%.
