Our client is a playful young man in his 20s with autism who needs support and guidance in his daily life.

He has difficulties with verbal communication and interaction with others. He is physically active and enjoys swimming, walking, cycling, as well as moving indoors. There are also times when he just wants to sit still for a longer period. It is important that you do not get easily restless but see the possibilities in the little things.

It is essential in this job to be attentive and able to switch between different tempos. A significant part of your work is also to provide good supervision to our client as he is very impulsive and does not understand either consequences or risks.

The job involves following the client in his daily life and helping him with what he cannot manage on his own. Your work also means being a pedagogical friend who gives him the opportunity to develop in the areas he struggles with.

He has a need for physical closeness as part of his communication and interaction.

In our work with the client, we are inspired by Son-Rise. A pedagogy based on low-arousal responses, acceptance, and following the person's interests to create challenges for the client that in turn provide opportunities for development.

The client participates in daily activities in the morning. The position is for afternoons/evenings and weekends.

On days off, daytime shifts and longer hours may occur.

The client has double assistance for certain activities.
