The work is both outreach and within open activities, in close collaboration with schools, social services, associations, and other community actors.

You will create safe, accessible meeting places where young people can grow, develop, and engage. The assignment includes running activities, meeting young people where they are, providing support to specific groups, and strengthening young people's participation and influence through democratic work.

The role is based on a strong value foundation of equal value for all, inclusion, and co-creation, and you act as a bridge-builder for collaboration and long-term development. The operations are based on the principles of the KEKS network and aim to be compensatory, open, and inclusive. The work is varied and independent, with some evening and weekend work.

You are confident, responsible, and have an easy time building trust with both young people, their important adults, and partners. You are creative, solution-focused, and proactive, but also enjoy working closely with colleagues and other actors.

Experience in value-based work, norm criticism, young people's influence, or broad cultural competence is advantageous. You share our perspective where young people are seen in their context and where trust, inclusion, and openness are central.

The position requires flexibility as the work occurs both during the day, in the evenings, and sometimes on weekends. A B driver's license is a requirement.
