Träffpunkt Simonsland is Borås' central activity house for all ages. Together with civil society, we fill the house with a variety of activities, meetings, culture, and events. The house has rooms to borrow, our Café, which is the heart of the house, about 70 associations, and a Volunteer Activity that is currently growing.

As a volunteer coordinator, you work together with colleagues to coordinate and administer volunteer assignments, develop and manage volunteer efforts, and support and inspire volunteers in their tasks. You are the spider in the web and ensure that the logistics surrounding all volunteer efforts work both socially and practically. You collaborate on overarching issues to create added value for volunteers and participants by contributing new ideas, perspectives, your enthusiasm, and energy.

We are looking for someone who enjoys meeting others and has documented experience working with people in creative processes. You have post-secondary education that the employer deems relevant for the position and extensive experience working in project form.
