Temporary Staff Needed for Preschools in Partille Municipality

Every day we need temporary staff for our preschools in Partille municipality.

Right now, we have a greater need and are therefore looking for you who can be available at least three days a week. As a temporary employee, you help create conditions for all children to play, learn, and develop during their day at preschool, while also having fun together. Together with other staff, you assist in creating creative indoor and outdoor activities and participate in daily gatherings, excursions, meals, and other activities with the children.

Working as a temporary employee with us means that you will work at one or more different preschools in Partille municipality. You will replace regular staff during short-term or unplanned absences. You control how much and when you want to work by entering your available time in our booking system, and then we will book you in when work shifts arise. Working hours will vary between 6 AM and 6 PM on weekdays.

Are you curious, engaged, and have good collaboration skills? Then you might be the one we are looking for!

As a temporary employee in preschool, we value that you are flexible and enjoy working in new environments. You are attentive and responsible and, of course, have a good attitude towards everyone you meet. If you have experience working in childcare in any form, it is an advantage. It is also advantageous if you have completed high school.

To work as a temporary employee with us, you need to be available at least 3 days a week. We are looking for someone who is meticulous and responsible, as we require you to manage your availability and update it in our staffing system Heroma.

According to the Education Act, a criminal record extract from the police must be presented before employment in preschool activities, schools, and school-age childcare. A valid ID must also be presented. In your application, you should state your citizenship. If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must also be able to prove that you have a valid work permit or are exempt from the requirement to have a work permit. Employment can only occur after verification of the work permit, which is required according to the Aliens Ordinance.

Good to Know

Provided that you meet the essential requirements for the position, it is mandatory to undergo a digital language test to ensure competence at the B1 level according to the Council of Europe's standard before the interview. Please note that the process will be interrupted if the language test is not passed. You will need to identify yourself with Bank-ID to complete the language test.
