We are looking for someone interested in working as a personal assistant to a 35-year-old man with a physical disability (limited mobility). He lives with his family in Mölnlycke. In the role of assistant, you will make a difference in his life and have the chance to help a person live a life on the same terms as others, as far as possible.

The work involves everything from personal care, training, assistance with activities, etc. The workplace is in his home, at work, and wherever he may be. Working hours are scheduled both during the day and in the evening, Monday to Sunday. We would also like you to be able to work on short notice if needed, due to illness or similar circumstances.

As you will be part of a team of personal assistants selected for your client, it is important to have a good work ethic where everyone supports each other and can work on short notice if needed, due to illness or similar circumstances.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We prefer that you applying for the position have a flexible and independent working style and can easily adapt to new situations. You must be able to take responsibility as you work based on the individual’s needs. You should have good documentation skills and maintain a professional attitude. You should have a genuine interest and care for people.

Other qualities that are beneficial for the job include a good sense of humor, calmness, patience, and being responsible. You must be able to speak fluent Swedish as this is a job where good communication is very important. It is a significant advantage if you have experience working in personal assistance.

Since we care about our clients' safety and security, we have a routine of obtaining a criminal record extract for all persons employed by the company. This means that upon hiring, we will request a record extract from you before you can start working.
