JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for someone who wants to work as a summer substitute in the care and welfare administration. You will have the opportunity for an exciting job with variation in one of our units. As a substitute this summer, you will have the chance to work on a fixed schedule during the holiday period.
Within the administration, we actively work for everyone's work environment and create conditions for you to feel joy and satisfaction at work every day. If you become one of us, we also offer you a calm and secure introduction.
In daily operations, you support individuals with various functional variations. Here, participants are offered different activities tailored to their needs and conditions. The operations often have different focuses and can vary between kitchen services, manufacturing, and dance/theater/music. Perhaps you have an interest you would like to combine with a job where you help people?
The working hours you can work within daily operations are 08:00-17:00 Monday to Friday.
The job involves you, together with other staff, providing support, service, care, and welfare. The interventions are individually planned, which means that the individual needs and conditions of the care recipient are at the center. It may also involve assisting in daily life and various social activities. The work requires a good attitude, ability to collaborate, sense of responsibility, and good communication skills.
QUALIFICATIONS
To be able to work as a summer substitute in daily operations, you need:
- A valid criminal record check
- To understand, speak, read, and write Swedish
- Basic digital skills
- To be at least 18 years old
It is an advantage if you have studied the Care and Welfare Program or another education that is deemed equivalent. Experience from care and welfare work is also an advantage. It is beneficial if you have a driver's license.
Personally, you show respect and consideration for those you meet in your professional role and adapt your communication according to the recipient, target group, and situation. You listen to other people in order to understand their needs and have the ability to work together with others to perform tasks and achieve goals. Finally, you take responsibility for your and shared tasks with the users' best interests in focus.
