Development Teacher for After School Care with a focus on Sports and Health at Bodaskolan F-6

As a development teacher, you will have a targeted assignment that means you, together with the school management, will lead the school's development work within the after-school care activities. The position includes some teaching in sports and health. You will plan sports lessons together with other physical education teachers.

• You have overall responsibility for planning and developing the educational work in the after-school care and creating a 
• stimulating educational after-school activity based on LGR 22.
• You are driving in development processes and change work in the after-school activities. You contribute to spreading experiences within the school and sharing research and scientific theories with colleagues in a collegial professional learning environment.
• You will, together with the school's management, analyze, implement, and follow up on the work with quality development related to after-school care activities. 
• As a development teacher, you are expected to inspire and be a good ambassador for the profession.

In addition to the targeted assignment as a development teacher, you will work with your colleagues to plan and conduct meaningful, content-rich, and varied after-school activities for children aged 6-12 years. The work involves planning and developing the educational work individually, together with colleagues, the work team, and the unit. You work daily to create safe, stimulating, and educational teaching for our students.

For the position of development teacher, you must be able to present a teaching license with a focus on after-school care or leisure pedagogy. You must also demonstrate four years of well-documented work as a licensed teacher within after-school care.
