Bifrost Preschool has been operational since the autumn of 2024, and the preschool has 13 departments. We are a literature-focused preschool, which means we work with a year-long story.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for preschool teachers with a professional approach and a focus on the best interests of the child.

We are looking for someone who places the child's best interests at the center of their professional role and has a professional and responsible approach. You have the ability to work developmentally and lead education together with colleagues based on applicable governing documents and the goals of the operation.

As a preschool teacher, you actively participate in pedagogical networks where reflection, analysis, and experience exchange between departments and units are a natural part of the systematic quality work.

We are looking for a flexible and collaborative person who sees opportunities rather than obstacles. You have a good demeanor and are committed to creating and maintaining trusting relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues. You have the ability to see and acknowledge both the unique competencies of individual children and the group of children, and you place great importance on offering a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a qualified preschool teacher.

To thrive with us, you need to be driven with a positive attitude towards operational development. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability, where qualities such as a good approach and a large portion of curiosity are important. You take responsibility for your own and the shared tasks. You should have good collaboration skills, be attentive, and good at communicating, while also having the ability to get others on board in the effort to achieve common goals together.

Your ability to explain problems and information to different recipients and from different perspectives is good in both spoken and written form.
