We are looking for summer substitutes primarily during June, July, and August 2026, but there may also be opportunities for immediate introduction and continued work after the summer.

Working hours vary in different assignments and range from day shifts, evening, night, and weekend work.

Our assistance assignments function in various ways as the assistance is built around the user's needs. To perform well in the role of a personal assistant, you need to be responsible, flexible, and empathetic.

Selection and interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis.

Mira Assistans is an assistance company based in Skövde. We arrange assistance for young people and adults with disabilities. We are particularly focused on assistance for individuals with autism, where we have gained a lot of experience and knowledge and work with training and guidance in the field.
