Tibro Municipality is looking for personal assistants to join our team of seven dedicated employees within social services.

Main Responsibilities:

As a personal assistant, you will help with daily tasks and activities that enhance life quality. You will also work with more advanced care procedures such as managing a cough machine, PEG, ventilator, tracheostomy, and suction – all according to applicable self-care decisions.

To thrive in this role, we see that you have:

• Education in nursing
• Interest in advanced healthcare
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you have previously worked with cough machines, PEG, ventilators, tracheostomy, or suction. As a person, you are confident, humble, empathetic, and clear in your working method, with a genuine commitment to healthcare.

Before you start, you will receive an introduction, training in the hospital in relevant areas, and shadowing with experienced colleagues. If the position also includes municipal primary care, you will additionally receive training in medication management and guidance from the municipality's nurses.
