LSS-Partner AB is a company that works for individuals who require personal assistance. We are the formal employer of assistants, provide training services, and offer advice and support to supervisors and assistants. We are affiliated with Fremia and have signed a valid collective agreement. Currently, we have 30 clients and over 200 employed assistants.

The client is a 78-year-old woman. It is important to enjoy working with people, be loyal and reliable. The chemistry between the client and the assistant is crucial. The client is active and requires assistance both inside and outside the home. There are dogs and cats in the home. Duties include hygiene care and experience with lifts is preferred. Being energetic and dependable is appreciated.

A driver's license is required, but a personal vehicle is not necessary.

Shifts are scheduled from 8 AM to 4 PM and 6 PM to 11 PM on weekdays, as well as 9 AM to 2 PM and 6 PM to 11 PM on weekends.

We are looking for hourly substitutes with the possibility of permanent employment.

The client lives in Mölndal.

Start date as soon as possible.
