We are looking for personal assistants for various assignments, both temporary and permanent positions in Skövde, Falköping, and Hjo.

We seek individuals who want to provide support in daily life to enhance the quality of life in adulthood. Support to maintain and develop independence and abilities for users with disabilities.

As a personal assistant, you provide support and help the user create security in their daily life. We appreciate if you are attentive and curious, and you need to be calm and patient. It is an advantage if you have experience in care and support, autism, and cognitive disabilities. We also value experience in low-arousal approaches and clear pedagogical methods.

The key is your commitment and a genuine interest in contributing to an increased quality of life for the user in their daily life.

Selection and interviews are ongoing. Start date for introduction is negotiable, preferably immediately.
