About the Position
Our customer service primarily handles calls and answers questions regarding our products and services. Our customers are constantly offered new innovations, which requires us to adapt and deliver in all situations. You really need to enjoy a fast-paced environment and handle all matters carefully and efficiently.
Our main goal is satisfied customers, so having a high sense of service is a given for us. We place great emphasis on personal qualities. We see you as curious, social, and thriving in an environment where you can take initiative. Furthermore, we want you to have an interest in technology and a background in service professions. A natural part of the job is also to inform our existing customers about current offers and campaigns.
We are now looking for more on-demand employees for our customer service!
With an on-demand position in customer service at Verisure, you will have the opportunity to make a difference for our customers and contribute your engagement while gaining a valuable addition to your CV.
It is desirable that you work about 20% per month and then be scheduled full-time during the summer. The department is open weekdays from 08:00 to 19:00.
We provide you with comprehensive training and can promise you a workplace in a stimulating environment with wonderful colleagues – you will be part of a strong team that is passionate about its mission.
The basic requirements for employment are that you are at least 18 years old, fluent in Swedish and English in both speech and writing, and undergo a credit check and a security check via the County Administrative Board.
Operator Training
The position begins with operator training to give you the right conditions to take on the role of customer service representative with us. The planned start dates for training are 260302 and 260407.
The training will be scheduled as follows:
- Training start March 2:
- Monday – Thursday 16:00-20:00
- Saturday – Sunday 08:00-17:00
- Training start April 7:
- Tuesday – Thursday 15:00-20:00
- Saturday – Sunday 08:00-17:00
We also plan for 3 weeks with a supervisor immediately after the basic training.
