Job Description

The Security Technology Developer's mission includes responsibility for the operational follow-up of Regionfastigheter's security operation agreements, Regionfastigheter's technical security systems, and ensuring that building technical requirements for security systems are followed in construction and development projects. The assignment is carried out in close collaboration with several employees in Regionfastigheter since the position's mission involves both management, operations, and construction production.

Examples of tasks you will work on:

• Operational follow-up of signed security operation agreements and agreements for call signal systems.
• Develop guidelines and technical requirements regarding physical security for premises and buildings.
• Ensure that building technical requirements, guidelines, and strategies for security systems are followed in construction and development projects.
• Contact person regarding locking and security systems, which involves communication both within Regionfastigheter, with operations and construction project contractors, as well as with the businesses and functions affected.

Work Group

You will be part of a technology group with specialists in various disciplines. The assignment is carried out in close collaboration with several employees both within and outside the unit in Regionfastigheter since the position's mission involves both management, operations, and construction production.

About You

You have a high school education in Electrical- Telecommunications or equivalent education and experience. You have several years of experience working in the construction/property industry, have developed your knowledge and experience, and feel confident in your work area.

You have experience working in security technology, and it is advantageous to have worked with burglary alarms, access control, video surveillance, as well as mechanical and electromechanical locking systems. Good knowledge of relevant parts of the Theft Protection Association (SSF) regulations is advantageous.

You have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing. You have good computer skills and experience in preparing written reports. A B driver's license is required.

You are a person who enjoys communicating with others so that expectations are clear for all parties involved. You drive the process forward and take responsibility for your own work. You can weigh complex information and make correct assessments and priorities, demonstrating this in your statements and actions. You have a broad perspective and think strategically, understanding the long-term significance of matters and adapting your actions accordingly.

The position is located in central Linköping, but the entire county constitutes the work field.
