About the role

We are now looking for security guards who want to contribute to protecting critical operations in Sweden. This is more than just a job; it is a task with great responsibility and significance for the country's security and supply. You will be part of the work that ensures critical functions operate around the clock, all year round.

As a security guard, you play a central role in maintaining safety for operations that are crucial for Sweden. The position involves extended powers and close collaboration with our clients.

The work is varied and may include stationary surveillance, patrolling, access control, or work in the security control room. You need to be able to make independent decisions in pressured situations, have good endurance, and a stable judgment. We are looking for someone who remains calm when it matters most and stands up for Swedish interests.

Security guarding takes place both indoors and outdoors, around the clock. Work shifts vary in length but are often 12 hours and follow a rolling schedule. Since the operations are ongoing year-round, work includes both weekdays and weekends.

Who are you?

We place great importance on you as a security guard enjoying both independent and team work. You should have the ability to convey safety to our client and their employees by being competent, reliable, and responsible. We also value good communication skills and a high degree of security awareness and flexibility. Naturally, we also expect you to be drug-free, without a criminal record, and have a stable personal economy.

Requirements:

• Valid security guard training (civil or military)
• Driver's license (B)
• Security clearance – Since the role is placed in a security class, we conduct a thorough review as part of the recruitment process.
• Weapon training – You will receive complete training before June (5 weekdays), which gives you the right competence for the assignment.
• Flexibility during the summer – We are looking for someone who can work up to full-time during the period of June to August.
• Ability to express yourself well in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
• Previous experience as a security guard is an advantage.
• Possession of training for handling firearms (HAS) is an advantage.

About the position

The role is placed in a security class, and security clearance according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) will be conducted before employment.
