Personal Assistant Wanted

We are looking for a female personal assistant for a 12-year-old girl.

She requires constant supervision, structure, and care as her developmental level is that of a one-year-old. She enjoys water play, music, and being outdoors in all weather.

The position is a temporary role at approximately 70% during a parental leave, starting as soon as possible and lasting until March 2027 – with good chances of extension.

Working Hours:

Weekdays: approx. 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM/10:00 PM
Every third weekend: Sat & Sun 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervision, communication support, care
• Assistance with dressing, diaper changes, meals, and medication
• Adjustment according to daily condition and needs

You will work in a safe, social family with a mother, father, and one sibling in a house with a garden and close to a playground.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is attentive, secure, and independent
• Has a good ability to read situations
• Experience with autism and PEG is a plus
• Is smoke and chew-free

Great importance is placed on personal chemistry. You will receive training, shadowing, and support from the family.
