Personal assistance is an intervention according to LSS (The Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to individuals who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each client is unique, and your tasks will vary based on the client's needs. You respect the client's self-determination and privacy, contributing to a smooth daily life.

About the position

The role of a personal assistant places high demands on the ability to create good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take your own initiatives and see what needs to be done.

We are now looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

• wants to work with a 66-year-old woman residing in Rönnäng

• has experience in personal assistance or healthcare

• has excellent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

• has a B driver's license and a car to commute to and from the workplace

• is physically fit

It is also an advantage if you:

• have experience with mobility impairments

• have experience with speech difficulties

• share the client's interests such as dining out, bowling, or walking by the sea.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Working hours, employment rate, and salary:

The current employment form is "As long as the assistance assignment lasts" and the position is approximately 5.5%. The job involves daytime work with scheduled work one Wednesday per month from 08:00 to 17:00. There is also the possibility to work extra as needed.

Hourly wage according to agreement and other compensation according to collective agreements.
