We are looking for someone who wants to work part-time, about 40-80%, during afternoons/evenings on weekdays and every other weekend with an adventurous and humorous boy in need of a calm and pedagogical approach. The boy has significant care needs and requires assistance with everything from toilet visits and hygiene to activities during the afternoons.

As a personal assistant, you will have a varied job where your day may include everything from daily chores and care to accompanying on outings and events. 

The job involves supporting and motivating the client throughout the day. The boy's days should be filled with activities such as visiting swimming pools, listening to music, practicing words, numbers, and songs, going for walks, and playing.

As a person, you need to be positive, humorous, organized, accustomed to taking your own initiatives, patient, and passionate about helping others.

You are welcome to have experience in personal assistance or care work, but it is not a requirement; the most important factor is personal chemistry. The job involves some heavy lifting, so you should have a good physical condition and feel comfortable handling bodily fluids.

You must be smoke-free (requirement) and it is required that you have a driver's license and access to a car since the boy may be in another location where public transport is not available. Your age should be around 25-45 years, and for communication between you and the client to work, you must master the Swedish language in both speech and writing. It is desirable that you have a long-term perspective regarding your employment and that you can work extra when needed.
