Your role as a Service Advisor/Technical Support
As a Service Advisor, you will work within the Operations area, which consists of cash register, warehouse, support, and merchandising. It is a varied role where you will work with several different tasks, and with your expertise, you will make a difference and be an important part of our success. A large part of your day-to-day work is about creating the best possible customer experience; you are simply a star in customer care. We would like you to have good knowledge in technical support to handle all forms of technical problems that our customers need help with.
In addition to being responsible for assisting with service tasks, product logistics, and warranty issues, you will also ensure that it is easy for our customers to shop and that they can take the right product home. By optimizing the shopping experience in the store and ensuring satisfied customers, we can reach our goals; having the ability to solve problems on the way to success is another crucial part of the role. You will gain basic knowledge in all areas of Operations, giving you great flexibility in your daily work.

Employment type: Permanent with an initial probationary period
Scope: Part-time 60%, working hours include evenings and weekends
