About Torvalla Bil & the Sätra facility
Torvalla Bil is a purely family-owned company that has grown organically and stood on its own feet since 1980 to what it is today. With more than 140 employees and a turnover of 1.4 billion, the company is now one of the larger players in the automotive industry and for many years Sweden's largest Suzuki and Mazda dealer.
In Sätra, we sell Mazda, Suzuki, and used cars. The sales team currently consists of four salespeople, one car administrator, and one sales manager.
We have been operating in Sätra since 2007, and we moved into our current premises in 2022, where in addition to car sales, we also have our own full-service workshop for Mazda and Suzuki.
The role of a salesperson with us
You exceed customer expectations, create profitability in your business by building customer value, and you are a natural part of a team where all employees collaborate and are equal regardless of job role or workplace.
You manage the entire sales and purchasing process from the first contact with the customer to the completed deal.
By being passionate about sales, the customer journey, and customer service, we believe you will be successful in the role. For this position, we are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience as a salesperson in the automotive industry.
You should enjoy challenges and see problem-solving as something motivating and fun. As a salesperson with us, you want to tackle tasks directly and not let anything fall through the cracks.
Reaching set goals must be an important part of your work. You will have a sales budget and commission-based salary, so it is important that you see this as a motivating factor.
You are digitally comfortable and an experienced user of various digital tools and systems. To succeed in the role of a salesperson with us, you need to be able to seamlessly shift between the analog and digital worlds.

Basic requirements
At least 3 years of sales experience in the automotive industry
Proficiency in Office365
Fluent Swedish and basic English in speech and writing
Driver's license B
Educational requirements
High school diploma

Start: Immediately or by agreement
Location: Sätra

Working hours: 40 hours per week
