The Role
As a salesperson with us, you will be responsible for the entire sales and purchasing process. The job includes everything from the first customer contact and quote to sales, valuation of trade-in cars, delivery of sold cars, and follow-up. The position also involves proactive sales, where you will work with both existing and potential customers to create long-term relationships and business. The role offers great freedom under responsibility where self-discipline and teamwork are key to success.
In Haninge, we sell Mazda, Subaru, Suzuki, and used cars. The sales team currently consists of three salespeople, one car administrator, and one sales manager.
The position is full-time and includes weekend work of 8 hours every other week. Weekend work is compensated with a day off during the following week. This is a permanent position, and we apply a 6-month probationary period. Start is expected immediately or by agreement.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone with at least two years of sales experience who is a stable team player driven by the results of your and your colleagues' work. You have a solution-oriented approach with a good structure at the core. As a salesperson, you are used to taking responsibility for your own deals and are not afraid to make your own decisions.
To thrive in the role, you are driven, performance-oriented, and have good self-discipline. You have a genuine interest in sales and customer relationships, as well as the ability to handle a fast pace with multiple tasks at hand.
Reaching set goals must be an important part of your work. You will have a sales budget and a commission-based salary, so it is important that you see this as a motivating factor.

Basic Requirements
• At least 2 years of sales experience
• Previous experience in car sales is considered an advantage
• Competence in Office365
• Fluent Swedish and basic English in speech and writing
• B driver's license (manual)
