Your Responsibilities

As an ERP specialist, you will play a central role in the company's digitalization journey. You will work with system development, improvement work, analysis, and training. Your focus will be on adapting and managing the systems to optimize operations and ensure effective user support.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Participating in implementation projects such as MES, S4E, and PLM.
• Conducting tests and analyzing consequences of system changes.
• Driving training sessions and supporting users with a pedagogical perspective.
• Acting as a problem solver in system-related issues and supporting operational challenges.

You will be part of a close-knit team with diverse experience. The team is responsible for purchasing and planning production materials and collaborates closely with several departments, such as engineering, quality, logistics, and production.Your Profile

To thrive and succeed in this role, we see that you:

• Have several years of experience with SAP in production, logistics, and purchasing, and a good overall view of processes and systems.
• Have a university degree in engineering, economics, or IT/system development.
• Are a structured and analytical person with good problem-solving skills.
• Communicate clearly in Swedish and English.
• Have experience in ERP development, digitalization projects, and BI tools such as Qlik, Tableau, or similar.
