Personal assistance is a service under LSS (the Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to individuals who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each client is unique, and your tasks vary based on the client's needs. You respect the client's self-determination and integrity, and contribute to making everyday life run smoothly.

About the position

The role of a personal assistant requires a high ability to create good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take initiative and see what needs to be done.

We are now looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

• wants to work with our male client in his 40s residing in Karlskrona

• has good knowledge of Swedish

• is available to work shifts scheduled over a 24-hour period, 08:00-08:00

It is also advantageous if you:

• have experience in similar work

• have a B driver's license

• share the client's interests

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Working hours, employment rate, and salary:

The current employment form is hourly employment as needed. The position involves work during daytime, evening, or night shifts, and the shifts are 24 hours long.

Fixed hourly wage according to agreement and other compensations are in accordance with collective agreements.
