About the Position

We are looking for an experienced educational leader who wants to be responsible for two short, fully digital vocational higher education courses. The courses start in March and last for 10-12 weeks. The target group is professionals in social work, healthcare, education, and civil society.

The assignment takes place with our client, a non-profit organization that works to create a more humane society where people are given new life opportunities. The organization provides support in social care, education, labor integration, and preventive measures - always with the individual at the center.

As an educational leader, you have overall responsibility for course planning, administration, quality, and government reporting. You provide close support to course responsible teachers and act as a pedagogical sounding board on issues related to digital didactics, learning objectives, examinations, and group processes.

An important part of the assignment is to ensure that the courses are fully booked, which involves recruiting and admitting students to approximately 40 places per course.

The work is flexible but needs to be distributed continuously throughout the week.

Requirements:

• Documented experience as an educational leader in vocational higher education
• Good digital competence and confidence in digital education and collaboration tools
• Experience in administration and government reporting
• Ability to work independently, structured, and proactively
• Availability to work continuously throughout the week

Meritorious:

• Experience in social work or working with the target groups in the courses
• Experience in digital pedagogy or distance education
• Experience in quality and development work within education
