About the RoleAre you a professional joy-spreader who is passionate about service and enjoys new challenges?

We are now looking for a true service star for the reception at our client's office in central Stockholm! Our client operates in areas such as consulting and asset management and, like us, has high demands for service at an outstanding and professional level.

In this role, you are not only the face of the company but also build relationships and represent the company in daily meetings – always driven by surprising and inspiring service! In your team of four, you will share responsibility for the entire office and lay the foundation for a positive and memorable impression.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming, guiding, and registering visitors

  • Bookings and orders

  • Overseeing the lobby/entrance and ensuring it is tidy

  • Phone and email management

  • Catering and serving lunches

  • Mail and deliveries

  • Some administrative tasks

  • Varied service-related tasks

Who are you?With your welcoming personality, initiative, and structured approach, you always go the extra mile to deliver first-class service. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have good prioritization skills.

Putting your guests and customers first is a given for you, and with your strong service sense, you ensure a warm and professional welcome as well as a pleasant and stimulating work environment. You have good knowledge and experience with the Office suite and easily understand administrative processes.

We expect you to have

  • Previous experience in service, preferably in an office environment

  • Good knowledge of the Office suite and computer skills

  • Good proficiency in Swedish and English

About the EmploymentEmployment type: Permanent with a 6-month initial probationary period. Start: In January. Working hours: Approximately 08:00-17:00. Employment rate: 100% full-time.
