We are now looking for a driven and committed career consultant for the Rusta och Matcha assignment, based in Häggvik.

About the role

As a career consultant, you will work with participants who need support to establish themselves in the labor market. The work is conducted both individually and in groups and includes, among other things:

• Individual conversations and guidance
• Job search activities and workshops
• Interview training
• Matching for employment and studies
• Contacts and collaboration with employers

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a solution-focused and motivating approach
• Is trustworthy and relationship-building
• Has good service sense and is communicative
• Is passionate about helping people reach employment or studies
• Works in a structured and results-oriented manner

Formal requirements

Option 1

• University education of at least 180 credits
• At least 2 years of work experience equivalent to full-time

Option 2

• At least 1 year of post-secondary studies
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience, for example in:
• Recruitment
• Career or vocational guidance
• Transition work
• Labor market or HR issues
