About the PositionAre you a true joy spreader who is passionate about service and enjoys new challenges? We are now looking for a driven and engaged customer host/hostess for our client, one of Europe's leading consulting firms in architecture and engineering with offices in various locations across the country. This position is based at the client's beautiful office in Kungsholmen, Stockholm.

As a Customer Host, you always have your eyes and ears open and are the one who identifies needs in the office to create the best workplace experience. You maintain good relationships with the client and are the natural contact for operational issues related to office management. With professionalism and commitment, you find the best service solutions and are responsible for ensuring they are executed in an efficient and service-focused manner.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

  • Receiving, forwarding, registering, and addressing error reports as needed
  • Planning and executing daily operational tasks such as office service and minor relocations
  • Distributing mail and goods
  • Administering keys and access cards
  • Placing orders (e.g., office supplies, service providers, etc.)
  • Conducting rounds in the office and replenishing coffee and fruit
  • Supporting the reception as needed

    Requirements for the Position

    • Fluent in Swedish and English
    • Previous experience in service, preferably in an office environment
    • Comfortable with the Microsoft Office suite
    • Completed secondary education
