We are looking for two stars who want to take on the role of Junior Client Operations Associate with our client in Stockholm. As a Client Operations Associate, you will work at the core of the business and be responsible for the delivery that drives revenue and growth. The role develops gradually and quickly gives you significant ownership.

Your main responsibilities:

• Analyze and process complex application documents and decision-making materials.

• Be responsible for building good and long-term relationships with the company's existing clients.

• Ensure the right quality, content, and timing in each assignment.

• Eventually own an entire customer segment or specialist area.

We are looking for someone who is ambitious, structured, and results-oriented and who wants to develop in a fast-growing and modern work environment. You are skilled at persuading and instilling confidence in meetings with clients and decision-makers. You are communicative and fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
