About the workplace
Arödsdals care and nursing home is located on the outskirts of Ljungskile, close to nature, with a total of 26 apartments focused on dementia care.
We are facing new challenges as our elderly population grows older and the needs for support and assistance change. The care we provide is based on person-centered care and support, which is built on the individual’s needs and wishes. Your competence and engagement contribute to improving the daily lives of the users and making a difference in their lives.

Qualifications
- Trained nursing assistant and can present a protected professional title
- Documented experience working as a nursing assistant.
- Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form
Experience in dementia care and various methodological support such as senior alert and BPSD is meritorious.
Other
Start date as soon as possible or according to agreement.
We are looking for 3 permanent full-time positions and two temporary positions at approximately 80%.

For positions where a license/valid proof from the National Board of Health and Welfare for a protected professional title is required, this must be submitted before employment.
Language assessment is conducted for certain professional groups before employment can be considered.
Criminal record checks are conducted for all positions within the social services department.
For positions within HVB operations, an extract from the HVB home is requested.
For positions aimed at children with disabilities, extracts regarding children with disabilities and verification of personal information are requested.
For other positions within the social services department, an extract for verification of personal information is requested.
If the extract is not digital, it must be brought in an unopened envelope during the verification.

Employment is subject to the necessary decisions being made.
