CK Driving School AB operates in Södertälje and Farsta, with about a five-minute walk from each center. We offer driving education in newly renovated and modern facilities, where the goal is for each student to gain both long-term traffic safety competence and a professional educational experience.

About the role
We are now looking for a Reception Manager for our office in Södertälje. The role involves overall responsibility for the daily operations of the reception, customer flows, and administrative processes related to bookings and planning. You will work closely with the management of the organization and be a central function in the ongoing operations.
The role includes ensuring a professional reception, creating structure in workflows, and contributing to improved routines and effective collaboration between reception, driving instructors, and the driving school manager. You are often the first point of contact for our customers and thus represent the organization in meetings with visitors and students.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced operational role, where you combine service with clear accountability, prioritization, and follow-up. You have a genuine interest in people and consistently work with a professional and solution-oriented approach.

Requirements
- Very good knowledge of Swedish, English, and Arabic (spoken)
- Ability to write fluently in Swedish and English
- B driver's license
Job responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Reception Manager include, but are not limited to:
- Responsible for the daily operation of the reception and customer reception
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and SMS in Swedish, English, and Arabic
- Administer, coordinate, and follow up on bookings and plan students based on requests for days and times
- Coordinate the daily dialogue with driving instructors and driving school manager, including follow-up on educational arrangements
- Prepare for courses and ensure that facilities (reception, theory room) are kept representative and well-organized
- Support the organization in administrative tasks such as document management, compilations, and reporting
- Contribute to the development of routines, improvement work, and quality assurance
- Participate in marketing on social media
- Conduct recurring purchases/administration related to the office's needs
- Search for and coordinate driving test times for students
- Drive limited projects and contribute to the planning of activities/events

Introduction
Introduction and training will take place over one month, and can be extended if necessary.
Opening hours and working hours
We are open Monday–Sunday. The position involves work weekdays Monday–Friday according to a schedule from the manager.
