Are you our next employee!

We are now looking for a stable and dedicated female personal assistant for a 47-year-old woman with autism and epilepsy who can help her with support and structure in her daily life. She lives in her own apartment and attends a daily activity program from Tuesday to Friday.

About the role

As an assistant, you will support her in all aspects of daily life. She has double assistance during all her waking hours, so it is important that you can collaborate with her other assistants as well. Sometimes there will also be activities outside the home, so we hope you enjoy being social and flexible – your presence will be an important part of her security and joy in everyday life.

Who are you

We are looking for someone with a big heart and a calm, empathetic demeanor. You are attentive, can take initiative, and enjoy creating a pleasant atmosphere at home. You should have experience with autism, be non-smoking, not allergic to horses or dogs, be able to swim, be responsive to her needs, organized, and flexible with tasks and working hours. We also want you to be able to express yourself fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written, as we document the client's daily life.

Personality chemistry is important, so we are looking for someone who is positive, patient, and looks forward to becoming a significant part of our client's life.

Experience in personal assistance or similar work is a plus, but the most important thing is that you are committed and confident in your role.

Employment rate: full-time, 90–100% working hours are scheduled for day/evening/night, some shifts are overnight.

Salary: The hourly wage is fixed according to agreement and other compensation is according to collective agreement.

Start date: By agreement, lasts as long as the assistance assignment continues.
