Do you want to work with people and contribute to a functioning welfare system this summer? The Welfare Administration is now looking for summer temporary workers for our staffing unit.

About the Position:

As a summer temporary worker in the staffing unit, you will work with managing and distributing personnel during absences in elderly care, support for people with disabilities, and health care. The work is varied and gives you an opportunity to gain valuable experience in municipal operations.

The position is full-time during the vacation period from June to August (exact dates to be agreed upon). The position involves daytime work on both weekdays and weekends.

To work independently during the summer, you need to be available for training hours starting from early spring. The training mainly takes place on weekdays and is planned in consultation, and is a prerequisite for employment.

JOB DUTIES

The work is varied and developmental. Examples of job duties may include:

• Administrative tasks related to staffing
• Support to operations during short-term absences
• Contact and collaboration with staff and unit managers

QUALIFICATIONS

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who:

• Is positive, responsible, and can plan and prioritize their own work
• Enjoys collaborating and providing good service
• Can set boundaries in uncomfortable situations
• Is flexible and adaptable within their own work group based on the needs that arise in the operations
• Has good computer skills
• Masters the Swedish language in both speech and writing
• Can work full-time during the summer (at least 8 weeks)
• Can participate in training hours from early spring

It is an advantage if you have experience from similar job duties.
