Your Role with Us

We are now looking for a receptionist for the dental care in Åsa.

As a receptionist with us, you will be the face of the clinic, and your duties will include the usual reception tasks that occur within a dental care setting. This includes patient contact via phone, chat, and in-person visits. Appointment scheduling, payment, and invoicing are also common tasks. We also have receptionists at Folktandvården Fjärås and Folktandvården Veddige.

About the Workplace

Folktandvården Halland is divided into different operational areas, and at the far north, there are the operational areas of Kungsbacka and Varberg. The area includes the clinics Kolla, Fjärås, Åsa, Veddige, and Bua. The clinics Kolla and Bua have three treatment rooms, while the clinics Fjärås, Åsa, and Veddige have five treatment rooms. All clinics have a close collaboration regarding both staffing and patients. We focus on good collaboration, development of the operations, and training for employees – we want it to be fun to go to work!

As a receptionist with us, you will be part of a cheerful team with good cohesion, an open atmosphere, and where we feel secure with each other in our daily work. We work closely together, and everyone takes great responsibility for ensuring that the clinics function as well as possible and continue to develop towards our jointly set goals. As an employee in our operational area, it may be necessary to work at different clinics as needed, but your primary placement will be at one of the clinics.

Qualifications

You who are applying should have at least a high school diploma and work experience that the employer finds relevant. It is an advantage if you have previously worked in a reception or with administrative tasks. If you have a dental or healthcare background, we consider it an asset.

To ensure good and safe communication with patients and colleagues as well as other contacts, it is required to have good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form. Furthermore, you have very good computer skills and are used to working in various administrative systems. We will provide training in our systems if you have not worked in them before.

We are looking for a positive, cheerful, and proactive person who takes responsibility and has the ability to work flexibly with varied tasks. You should be comfortable working independently but also have an easy time collaborating, and you have the ability to prioritize in stressful situations. We are looking for someone who enjoys juggling many tasks at once and finds it fun and easy to learn new things. Together with us at the clinic, you create joy at work and participation.
